Pre-School leader Susan, has worked at Little Windmills since 2006 becoming leader in 2007. Qualifications: NVQ Level II and III, E.N.C.o
New Deputy Nicola, joined Little Windmills at the end of May 2010. Qualifications NVQ Level  III, S.E.N.C.o and child protection officer (currently in training).
Sue Burge currently training for her Childcare Diploma.
Clare has been at Little Windmills for about 6 years and our other Sue about 5.
Olivia works with us when extra staff are required.
Most of the team are qualified in paediatric first aid and all are CRB checked.

We adhere to the ratios set by Ofsted of 1 adult to every four 2-3 year olds and 1 adult to eight 3-4 year olds.
