Barnaby Bear has his own suitcase with an extensive wardrobe and accessories. The children take it in turns to take Barnaby home and tell us about his adventures by keeping a simple diary which we talk about on his return.
Each child has their own Little Windmills bookbag which is used for correspondence between home and pre-school. The children are encouraged to choose books from our library to take home .
Chattersacks are bags on a theme containing a book, a game, a CD and other objects pertaining to the topic. We have 16 Chattersacks covering a wide range of themes including ‘Shopping’, ‘Farm Animals’, ‘Going to ‘Playgroup’, ‘Cooking ‘and ‘Bugs’.
The Chattersacks are lent out on a rota basis for parents to look at with their children.
